The fact is there are very few businesses like DryMetrics left in America. Every business will tell you they will stand behind their work but should something come up, well, there always seems to be a loophole that wasn't entirely clear, and the "Oh, so sorries," leave you more satisfied that you will have to hire another crew to complete the work but at least you no longer have to deal with someone speaking out of both sides of their mouth. So you can imagine my surprise when DryMetrics started work on a botched mold remediation in my condo and their first suggestion was spend "less" money. I was fully prepared to pay yet another 5-6K to have the previous work ripped out and redone but their rep was polite but firm in advising an alternate route that reduced my cost of services to about 2K. What kind of sales rep does this anymore? It was all I could do to just nod my agreement because I was afraid my jaw would drop to the floor in shock. I was then told if this treatment didn't do the trick the 2K I'd spent would be deducted from the typical 5-6K package! And then things got REALLY weird. The crew they sent was always on time for each work call. They were always pleasant and patient as I asked my questions and if any of them ever took a break from their work I never saw it. Each piece of work was accomplished quickly and my home was left clean and cleared of debris. Had I not lived this experience I would read a review like this and think...naw...that's a fake review but as unexpectedly great as so much of this was I'd have left you my personal email if google would have let me. My mothers basement got flooded from the terrible storm we had a couple weeks ago, she is 85 and she isn’t able to do much herself. We hired them and they did fantastic. The whole basement was covered in at least a foot of water, and because of all the moisture it caused mold to come into the walls and ceiling. I live 4 hours from my mom. I called made a appointment and they came out within the next day and within 2 days all the mold was gone. They drained the water out dried everything and used some kind of chemical to kill the mold . They scraped the remaining mold off the walls it was great. It doesn’t cost an arm and a leg which was what my mom and me were really worried about and also we thought that we would have to clean a big mess that they would’ve left . THEY DID EVERYTHING !!!! They were so friendly and kind. They got the job done and didn’t leave one single speck of mold or dirt anywhere. Thank you again guys - 7/16/2022

I had a sewage issue as well as a broken pipe that lead to flooding. The flooding lead to mold. While I personally took care of the initial damage caused by both issues my insurance company recommended Dry Metrics..the first day they came they evaluated all the damage and recommended a mold inspection. Mold was found. The company was very professional. They removed furniture, carpet obtained a pod for me and even assisted my elderly mother with packing things so they could proceed with the job in a timely manner. While all the employees were very nice and professional one impressed very much and not only met but exceeded my expectations. Tajh made the process easy to understand and kept me up to date on every step of the process. I cannot say enough good things about Tajh. He is friendly, a good communicator and knows the job well. My niece who lives with me is not comfortable with having strangers come into our home but she felt comfortable with Tajh which made the process easier for all involved.
